Farfalla Pasta with Mushroom and White Truffle Infused Cream Sauce

Ingredients

2 tbsp. butter

½ cup onions, finely chopped

1 cup Button mushroom, thinly sliced

2 cup Portobello mushroom, thinly sliced

1 cup Shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced

3 cups of cooking cream

1 cup of labna

3 tbsp. white truffle oil

1 box Farfalle pasta

¼ cup of parmesan cheese, grated

Salt and pepper

Directions

1In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add pasta. Cook for 7 -10 minutes until al dente, drain and leave to the side.

2In medium size pan, sauté onions in butter for about 5 minutes or until translucent Add button mushrooms, portobello mushrooms and shitake mushrooms; sauté until it has softened and season with salt and pepper. Add cooking cream, labna, parmesan cheese and white truffle oil; lower heat and leave to simmer for a few minutes.

3Combine the pasta with the mushroom and white truffle infused cream sauce and season with salt and pepper.

4Serve pasta with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
