200g salmon fillet

½ tsp. garlic, finely minced

1 tsp. olive oil

Sea Salt

Fresh ground pepper.


1Preheat oven at maximum heat (250 degrees Celsius)

2In a small bowl mix olive oil and garlic to marinate the salmon. Place Salmon directly of an oven tray. Season with salt and pepper and brush the olive oil and garlic mix over the fish.

3Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 7 to 10 minutes.

4Serve with any side of salad, steamed vegetables or brown rice.
