When I started my culinary journey my audience consisted of my university years, however over the years it has grown to include my little humble family. I love creating recipes and I love making them simple and accessible. Whilst I like spending time in the kitchen developing flavours for my recipes there are times when I just want to keep things simple.
This mixed berry parfait is one my first recipes that I developed over 5 years ago when I began my culinary journal. It is simple, to the point and no fuss about it. I use fresh ingredients and just layer them together to make a delicious morning treat that my kids love to eat for breakfast.
