Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and slice the banana. Pit the date.
Add to Blender:
Place the blueberries, banana slices, pitted date, almond butter, almond milk, and ice cubes into a blender.
Blend:
Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high speed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Adjust:
Check the consistency. If it's too thick, add a bit more almond milk and blend again.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Enjoy immediately, garnished with fresh blueberries or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
