Cucumber and Radish Salad with Herbs, Walnuts and Feta Cheese

Vinaigrette Dressing
⅓

olive oil

black pepper

freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
For the dressing, whisk together all the ingredients together until it has emulsified and are well combined.
Use a sharp knife to slice the radishes and cucumbers into thin coins roughly 1/8-inch thick removing the tips of each. Place in a medium bowl.
Add dill leaves, and chopped mint leaves, walnut and crumbled feta cheese.
Dress lightly with the vinaigrette. Toss well to combine. Serve.
