2 ½cupsbuttermilk, (substitute: 2 ½ cups milk mixed with 2 ½ tbsp lemon juice)
8tbspunsalted butter, (1 stick, melted)
2eggs
Instructions
Put the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a big bowl and mix them all to incorporate the ingredients.
Put in the eggs, butter that has been melted, and buttermilk in the same bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well until no lumps.
Transfer the batter mixture in a squeezy bottle to easily form a web into the pan.
In a pan made of cast iron, warm it up over medium-low heat. When heated, form a spider web and cook for two to three minutes, or until the surface of the liquid begins to show signs of bubble formation.
After one to two minutes, turn the pancake over and continue cooking it until it is golden brown. Proceed with the remaining batter in the same manner.
Be creative and top with cute little black berries with an edible eyes and sprinkle with icing sugar.
