In a blender, combine avocado, Greek yoghurt, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, chilli powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to prepare the dressing.
Start by halving and pitting the avocado. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender.
Add the Greek yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, chilli powder, salt, and pepper to the blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir well before each use.
