Creamy Avocado Yoghurt Dressing

Servings: 1 cup

  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of chilli powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste


  • In a blender, combine avocado, Greek yoghurt, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, chilli powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to prepare the dressing.
  • Start by halving and pitting the avocado. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, chilli powder, salt, and pepper to the blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir well before each use.
