In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, feta cheese, and olive oil. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
In a shallow frying pan, melt the butter. Add the cubed dates, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder and sauté until they become soft, and the butter takes on a light brown hue. Turn off the heat and sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of freshly chopped thyme.
In a small bowl, whisk together ⅓ cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme, and a pinch of chilli pepper.
