Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, and oregano. Season with pink salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
On a large serving plate, arrange the cubed tomato, capsicum, chunked cucumbers, and sliced onion.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and whole green olives on top of the arranged vegetables.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving to keep the vegetables crisp and fresh.
