To dry roast, separately toast the nuts ina small frying pan on low heat until they turn golden brown. Combine allnuts and dried fruits together before use.
To fry, on low heat,separately fry each ingredient in a drizzle of vegetable oil until it has a pale brown colour on all sides. Combine all the nuts and driedfruits together before use.
(Store fried orroasted mixed nuts in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.)
