Instructions

  • To dry roast, separately toast the nuts ina small frying pan on low heat until they turn golden brown. Combine allnuts and dried fruits together before use.
  • To fry, on low heat,separately fry each ingredient in a drizzle of vegetable oil until it has a pale brown colour on all sides. Combine all the nuts and driedfruits together before use.
  • (Store fried orroasted mixed nuts in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.)
