Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, thyme, basil, parsley, and freshly ground black pepper.
Using a spatula, whip the ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
