fresh egg noodles or 2 packs indomi noodle

Sauce

dark soy sauce

normal soy sauce

rice vinegar

sesame oil

peanut butter

Chinese sesame paste or tahini

Instructions
Boil the noodles and reserve some of the cooking water.
In a separate bowl, mix together all of the sauce ingredients. If the sauce is too thick, add a small amount of water.
Add the sauce to the cooked noodles and stir to combine. If needed, add a small amount of the reserved cooking water to achieve desired consistency.
Stir in the crushed peanuts and serve.
