  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • ½ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • black pepper powder
