Ingredients
- 3 lemons, squeezed
- 50 g ginger, finely shredded
- handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup strawberries, cut into quarters
- ¼ cup sugar
- 6 cups water
- 4 cups ice
Instructions
- In a small pot boil sugar, ginger and two cups of water for 10 minutes to make a ginger concentrate.
- Add lemon juice, ginger concentrate, fresh mint leaves, strawberry, 4 cups of water and ice into a blender. Mix until it turns into a smoothie consistency.
